A 1:1 session is always the best way to begin. We’ll go through the basic principles, assess your body’s needs, and decide which class will suit you best.

We are highly trained and experienced in adapting for many health conditions and issues. We deliberately keep our group classes small, to tailor them to every attendee. Drop us a line to discuss which type of session will be most suitable for you.

Of course! A lot of guys attend both group classes and 1:1/2:1 sessions at the studio - Everyone is welcome!

Not at all - We have many clients in their eighties and nineties attending weekly group classes and 1:1/2:1 sessions!

We clean all mats and equipment after every single session.
The studio is deep cleaned at least once a week. -
55 minutes - This means you’re not being rushed straight out of the studio at the end of your session.

Yes. Class numbers are strictly limited, and we tailor the classes to the participants.

No. All our group classes and 1:1/2:1 sessions can be booked to suit your schedule. However, clients who attend the studio regularly feel the most benefit. You can also save money by investing in a 5/10 class pass.

Yes. All group classes and 1:1/2:1 sessions can be booked with our 5/10 class passes. You have 3/6 months to use them, and can mix and match bookings to fit around your schedule.

The TTP studio/Online studio will be open 5 minutes before your class starts. If you arrive later than 5 minutes into a group session, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend that class.

Wear comfortable clothing, including a pair of socks to wear during the class. Do consider your modesty when wearing loose or short shorts. Grippy Pilates socks are available to purchase from our online store. We also have low-rise socks available at the TTP studio for £1.50 if you forget to bring a pair.
Please don't wear clothing with sharp zips, or belts, as these will damage the equipment and mats.

All mats and equipment are provided. Just bring yourself, and a bottle of water (No glass please). Please remember to switch your mobile phone to silent.

A mat/rug, a folded towel or cushion, and space to move. You may also be asked to add small hand weights/tins, or a resistance band.

A mirror, serum/face-oil, Gua Sha tool, clean, moisturised skin, and thoroughly washed hands. Please wear something comfortable which allows access to your face, neck and upper chest areas.

Please note that parking at the TTP studio is for 1:1/2:1 sessions only.
For daytime group classes, please use the Waitrose car park and walk through.
For evening or weekend classes, you are welcome to park up by the studio, but please be respectful of other businesses that might be open.

We want everyone to feel safe at the studio. If you feel at all unwell, please reschedule your booking.

Add yourself to the waiting list. We’ll be able to see you’re waiting, and the system will notify you if a space becomes available.

Log in to the booking system to reschedule appointments. You can adjust bookings up to 24 hours before the session.

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.
Any cancellations made after that will forfeit your class fee.
